# Can I customize the annotation toolbar?

Reordering which tools appear on the annotation toolbar — by personal preference or frequency of use — isn't a feature we have yet, though it's on our list for the future.

In the meantime, two things help:

* The toolbar already holds every tool — some are tucked into fly-out menus. See [I can't find some of my Annotation Tools](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/i-cant-find-some-of-my-annotation-tools-qcvky8/).
* You can reposition the whole toolbar to the top, left, or right of the screen. See [How to move the Annotation Toolbar](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-to-move-the-annotation-toolbar-1l9yv1n/).
