# Can I share my tags with someone in my department?

Tagging lets you [create reports](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/creating-tagging-exports-breakdown-summary-element-report-category-report-1mfigod/) from your tagged annotations, but you can also share your tagged annotations directly with your team to collaborate on breaking down the same script.

|| 📝 NOTE: Tagging is an [Industry Pro](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-industry-pro-1jfjecg/) feature, and all collaborators will need [Industry Pro, Team, or Enterprise](https://scriptation.com/pricing/) to add or modify Tags.

### Three Ways to Collaborate with Tagging

1. Use the [Share](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-to-share-notes-or-email-a-file-181353n/) option to send the entire script with all layers;
2. Use [Layer Export](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-to-share-layers-with-export-14uqv6c/) to share a single layer that contains your tags;
3. If you and your team have Team or Enterprise, use [Live Layers](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-are-live-layers-and-how-do-i-get-set-up-1fowibn/) to collaborate on tagging in real time.

To use the same category colors and custom categories, [share your Tagging customizations](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-do-i-share-tagging-customizations-with-other-devices-l7tr8y/) too. If your colors don't match, you'll see a [Tagging Sync](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/tagging-sync-what-does-it-mean-to-update-your-tag-colors-1tndlp8/) prompt when you open each other's scripts.
