# How do I add a Production Admin to my Enterprise?

|| 📝 NOTE: This article applies to [Scriptation Enterprise](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-enterprise-tdmis7/) — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and [Industry Pro](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-industry-pro-1jfjecg/) consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.

As an Enterprise Admin, you can add Production Admins to manage individual productions in your Enterprise. A Production Admin is typically a Production Coordinator, APOC, or anyone else managing Scriptation access for that production.

Production Admins can only modify permissions and devices for the production(s) they're assigned to — they can't see other productions or take Enterprise-level actions.

|| 📝 NOTE: This article covers adding **Production Admins**. To add an additional **Enterprise Admin** to your account, see [Adding additional Enterprise Admins](#adding-additional-enterprise-admins) below — Enterprise Admins can only be added by Scriptation, not by other Enterprise Admins.

|| 📝 NOTE: For the full role hierarchy, see [Roles and permissions in Scriptation Enterprise](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/roles-and-permissions-in-scriptation-enterprise-1l3j6yv/).

### Adding a Production Admin

5. Click **OK**.

### Adding additional Enterprise Admins

**Enterprise Admins can't be added through the Admin Portal** — only the Scriptation team can add Enterprise Admins to your account. If you need an additional Enterprise Admin (someone who can manage your entire Enterprise rather than a single production), send us a message and include:

* The new Enterprise Admin's **first and last name**;
* Their **email address**.

We'll set up their account and they'll receive an activation email to [set up MFA and access the Admin Portal](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-do-i-activate-my-enterprise-admin-account-15b7xkq/).
