# How do I cancel or unsubscribe from Industry Pro?

All individual Scriptation Industry Pro and AI subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Because Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds, Scriptation is not able to manage your subscription or process refunds directly — you'll need to cancel it yourself using the steps below, or contact Apple directly to [cancel your subscription](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039) or [request a refund](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084). All cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

|| 📝 NOTE: When you cancel, your Industry Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the app drops to the free version.

### iPad / iPhone

1. Open the **App Store** app;
2. Tap your **Profile Photo** in the upper right-hand corner;
3. Tap **Subscriptions**;

4. Under **Active** Subscriptions, tap **Scriptation**;

5. To cancel, tap **Cancel Subscription**.

### Mac

1. Open the **App Store** app;
2. On the bottom left, click **Your Name**;
3. On the top of the screen, click **View Information**;

4. Scroll down to **Manage**, and where it says **Subscriptions**, click **Manage**;

5. Under **Active** Subscriptions, find Scriptation and click **Edit**;

6. Click **Cancel Subscription**.

|| 📝 NOTE: If you signed up for a **Team** plan by mistake, that subscription is managed through the Scriptation web dashboard rather than the App Store. If you're looking to cancel a Team plan or believe you signed up for the wrong plan, reach out to Support directly for help — Team subscriptions can't be cancelled from your device's Settings.

If you requested a refund through Apple and it didn't seem to go through, you can also try contacting Apple Support directly at [support.apple.com/contact](https://support.apple.com/contact) — speaking with someone via chat or phone tends to be more effective than the self-service [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) page, especially for recent charges.
