How do I create a Tagging Report for one or more categories?
A Category Report is a Tagging export that includes only the categories you choose — handy when you want to hand off a focused breakdown to a single department (just Props, just Costumes, just Stunts, etc.) without including every other category.
Generating a Category Report
In Scriptation 6.0 and later
- With your script open, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top-right of the screen;
- Under Share Data, tap Tagging Reports;
- At the top of the menu, choose PDF or CSV;
- Tap Category Report (subtitle: Tags from select categories);

- Select the categories you want included, then confirm to generate the report.
In Scriptation 5.1.16 and earlier
- With your script open, tap Tagging on the Top Toolbar to enter Tagging Mode;
- Tap Reports on the Tagging Toolbar;
- Under Category Report, choose PDF or CSV;
- Select the categories you want included, then confirm to generate the report.
Naming and Saving Your Report
After you've chosen your categories and confirmed, name the report and tap Save. PDF Reports can be saved locally in Scriptation or to any Cloud Folder; CSV Reports can be saved anywhere using the native Share menu.
