# How do I manage users on a Team or Team Studio license?

### Is there a way to manage who is using a Team or Team Studio license?

Through the **View Licenses** button on the [Team Account Portal](https://scriptation.com/signin/), an administrator is provided with information on the number of activations used/remaining in their package.

However, the portal does not currently provide individual user data, to show who exactly is activated within the license key. As a result, Team License Keys must be [activated](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-do-i-activate-a-team-license-1cw8ail/) or [deactivated](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-do-i-deactivate-a-team-license-h7bhw6/) by the individual on their own device.
