# How do I open files on Mac?

The easiest way to open files in Scriptation for Mac is to click **Select File** on the home screen — a Mac File Finder window opens for you to choose your PDF. You can also go to **File > Open** in the menu bar, use **drag and drop**, or right-click a PDF in Finder and choose **Open with… Scriptation**.
