# How do I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Welcome back! To reactivate an expired or cancelled Scriptation subscription, open the **App Store** on any Apple device, go to your profile's Subscriptions section, and choose a plan. Step-by-step instructions for iPad/iPhone and Mac are below.

# iPad / iPhone

1. Open the App Store app;
2. Tap on **Your Profile Photo** in the upper right-hand corner;
3. Tap **Subscriptions:**

4. Under "Expired" Subscriptions, tap **Scriptation:**

5. Then select from the list of different plans. Tap the plan you'd like, and Apple will prompt you to approve payment:

6. You're all set! Be sure to [activate your subscription](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/i-purchased-industry-pro-how-do-i-activate-it-on-all-of-my-devices-10s0ghc/) across all of your devices.

# Mac

1. Open the App Store app;
2. On the bottom left, click **Your Name**;
3. On the top of the screen, click View Information:

4. Scroll down to "Manage" and in the Subscriptions section click **Manage**:

5. Under Expired Subscriptions, you'll find Scriptation. Click **Edit:**

6. The list of available plans will be displayed; choose the plan you want and you'll be prompted to approve a payment:
