# How does Scriptation handle A Pages and Deleted Pages?

**Yes.** When you receive your new draft and [transfer your notes](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/how-do-i-transfer-my-notes-1khpcd8/), Scriptation recognizes properly formatted A and B pages and brings your annotations forward.

If there are deleted pages and the script content has been absorbed onto adjoining pages, those annotations transfer as well.

If content was deleted entirely, you'll likely have some **Deleted Annotations**. After the transfer completes, the overview box shows how many **Imported**, **Changed**, and **Deleted Annotations** you have.

|| 📝 NOTE: You may also have a few [Changed Annotations](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/yellow-sticky-notes-appear-after-a-transfer-changed-annotations-21n7ch/) — small yellow stickies in the right margin that let you know previously annotated text has changed in the new draft.

After reviewing the overview, tap **OK** to view a detailed summary of your Deleted Annotations.

To retrieve any Deleted Annotations, toggle back to the previous draft and copy/paste the annotations into the new draft.

Once you've closed the summary, the **Deleted Annotations** icon stays on your Top Toolbar menu so you can revisit the list any time:
