# I have a personal license, but my production joined Team / Team Studio.

If your production switches to Scriptation Team or Team Studio while you have a personal subscription, your next steps depend on which plan your production is on.

### Team

If you have a personal [Industry Pro](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-industry-pro-1jfjecg/) subscription and your production activates you on a [Scriptation Team](https://scriptation.com/team) license, Scriptation will automatically switch over to the Team license once your personal subscription expires. You won't notice a difference in the app.

| 💡 TIP: You don't have to cancel your personal subscription if you don't want to — it can run alongside your Team activation and seamlessly take over if your Team license ever ends.

### Team Studio

If you have a personal [Industry Pro](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-industry-pro-1jfjecg/) subscription and your production activates you on a [Team Studio](https://scriptation.com/team) license, you'll likely want to keep **both** accounts active. The file storage for Team Studio is completely separate from standard file storage — that separation is part of Studio Mode's encryption and security measures.
