# Is there a license agreement for Team / Team Studio?

### Do I need to sign a license agreement for Scriptation Team or Team Studio?

When signing up for [Scriptation Team](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-team-4bxf8z/) or [Team Studio](https://help.scriptation.com/en/article/what-is-scriptation-team-studio-h90n6l/) there is no contract, license agreement or paperwork required.

Our standard [Terms of Service](https://scriptation.com/terms-of-service), and [Privacy Policy](https://scriptation.com/privacy) are agreed to by the Team's administrator as part of the purchase process, and further agreed to by each user as part of Scriptation's download from the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/scriptation-pdf-for-film-tv/id1094587086).
