# What is Scriptation Enterprise?

**Scriptation Enterprise** is built for studios and networks that need to manage Scriptation access across multiple productions and many devices — from a single central web portal.

### What Enterprise gives you

* **A central Admin Portal** for managing every production, admin, device, and permission across your organization.
* **A two-tier admin hierarchy** — Enterprise Admins oversee the whole organization; Production Admins manage individual productions assigned to them.
* **Granular permissions** at three levels — set defaults across the whole Enterprise, customize per production, or override for a single device.
* **At-scale onboarding** — invite cast and crew via automated emails with secure one-time links, or generate bulk links for distribution through your own channels.
* **Remote control** — deactivate any device instantly if it's lost, stolen, or no longer needs access. Reactivate just as easily.
* **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)** for every admin account, required by default.
* **Single sign-on (SSO):** Connect your studio's identity provider through Okta for seamless single sign-on.

### Who Enterprise is for

* **Studios and networks** running multiple concurrent productions on Scriptation.
* **Productions with security requirements** that need centralized control over who can access scripts and what they can do with them.

### How Enterprise compares to Team

Scriptation **Team** is built for individual productions managing a single show — license activation is per device. Scriptation **Enterprise** adds:

* The Enterprise / Production admin hierarchy.
* Three-level permissions with overrides.
* Bulk onboarding tools (invites and OTLs).
* Remote device deactivation.
* MFA and SSO for admins.
