How do I use custom colors with Auto-Highlight?
TIP: Not seeing Custom Colors? Update here.
To get started, touch or click the Highlight icon on the Top toolbar:
2. Touch or click the color dot next to a Character Name to display the color options:
Touch or click the multi-color dot:
This will display the color grid (the first choice in the toolbar). The other two icons are for a color wheel / slider and sliders to dial in color values.
In the color grid, touch or click the square of the color you want;
In the color wheel, touch or click the color you want and use the slider to adjust the brightness;
Use the sliders to set RGB / HSB / greyscale values.
Once the color is set, touch or click onto the script page to finish the color assignment. Touch or click onto the script page again to hide the Auto-Highlight sidebar.
TIP: Custom colors also work in Reader Mode!
TIP: You can also customize each of the Color Preset slots. To learn more, click here!
NOTE: Custom color are a temporary selection, and are not assigned to a character name. When deselecting a custom color, or turning a character toggle off, the custom color wheel restores to its neutral state.
