If you utilized Auto-Highlight to highlight your characters, scene headers, or scene descriptions and then transferred your annotations to a newer draft, you probably noticed that the automatic highlighting doesn't carry over. Unlike regular annotations, Auto-Highlighted annotations aren't transferrable; instead, they need to be regenerated for each new script revision to ensure that they accurately correspond to the all the changes in the new draft.

After transferring, you'll have to re-toggle your auto-highlighted character, scene header, and scene description annotations back on.
