App Integrations: Sending data to other production tools

App Integrations let you send your tagged script data directly to other production tools — scheduling apps, call sheet builders, and the MovieLabs OMC-JSON format. Once your script is tagged, picking an integration hands the data off to that partner app along with scene and metadata, so you don't have to re-key anything.

📝 NOTE: Tagging is an Industry Pro feature. App Integrations send your tagged data to a partner app — each partner is a separate product, and each has its own subscription and account requirements.

Opening App Integrations

In Scriptation 6.0 and later

  1. With your script open, tap the three-dot menu () at the top-right of the screen;
  2. Under Share Data, tap App Integrations.

The App Integrations menu opens, showing each partner with a short description.

In Scriptation 5.1.16 and earlier

App Integrations live inside the Tagging Reports menu.

  1. Tap Tagging on the Top Toolbar to enter Tagging Mode;
  2. Tap Reports on the Tagging Toolbar;
  3. Scroll to the App Exports and MovieLabs sections at the bottom of the menu.
