Can I attach a note to my tags?
Yes — you can add a note to nearly all Tagging annotations. Notes show up in your exportable PDF Reports and as their own column in CSV Reports.
How to Add and Modify Notes on Tags
- Tap or right-click on the tag;
- Tap the Sticky Note button and enter any notes you want to associate with the tag.
A transparent sticky note icon on the tag shows that it has a note. The icon itself isn't tappable — to edit or delete the note, tap or right-click the tag again and tap Sticky Note. Delete the note with the trash icon at the bottom-left of the editor.
How Notes Appear in Reports
Breakdown Reports
- In PDF Reports, notes appear in parentheses beside the tag;
- In CSV Reports, notes appear as a separate column.
Element Reports
- In PDF Reports, notes are listed by scene below the element;
- In CSV Reports, notes appear as a separate column with the scene number included.
