When Tagging, can I add a comment on a tag?

Yes! You can add a comment to nearly all Tagging Annotations, which are then viewable in exportable PDF Reports and as their own column in CSV Reports.

How to add and modify notes on Tags

 
Tap or right-click on the tag...


 
… then tap the Sticky Note button and enter any notes you wish to associate with the tag.


 
You will now notice a transparent sticky note icon attached to the tag to indicate a note.
 
The note can be edited anytime by repeating the steps above.

How are notes or comments shown in Reports?

Breakdown Reports

In PDF Reports, notes are in parentheses beside the tag.
In CSV Reports, the notes will be included as a separate column.

Element Reports

In PDF Reports, notes are listed by scene below the element.
In CSV Reports, the notes will be included as a separate column with the scene number included.
