When Tagging, can I add a comment on a tag?

Yes! You can add a comment to nearly all Tagging Annotations, which are then viewable in exportable PDF Reports and as their own column in CSV Reports.

How to add and modify notes on Tags

• Tap or right-click on the tag...

• … then tap the Sticky Note button and enter any notes you wish to associate with the tag.

• You will now notice a transparent sticky note icon attached to the tag to indicate a note.
   
• The note can be edited anytime by repeating the steps above.

How are notes or comments shown in Reports?

Breakdown Reports

• In PDF Reports, notes are in parentheses beside the tag.
• In CSV Reports, the notes will be included as a separate column.

Element Reports

• In PDF Reports, notes are listed by scene below the element.
• In CSV Reports, the notes will be included as a separate column with the scene number included.
