Tagging Sync? What does it mean to update your tag colors?

A Tagging Sync prompt asks whether to recolor the tags in your script to match the Tagging category colors on your device. Tap Yes to update the tags. Tap No to leave them as they are — a warning icon then appears in the upper-left of the Tagging customization view until the colors match.

When you'll see a Tagging Sync prompt

You change a category's color

If your script already has tags in that category, you'll see:

You tap the warning icon in the Tagging customization view

The icon appears when tags in your script don't match your device's category colors. Tapping it shows:

You open a script tagged with different colors

For example, a script a teammate tagged with their own palette:
