How do I add a new Production to my Enterprise?

📝 NOTE: This article applies to Scriptation Enterprise — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and Industry Pro consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.

As an Enterprise Admin, you can add as many productions as your Enterprise contract allows.

📝 NOTE: Adding productions is restricted to Enterprise Admins. Production Admins can manage productions they're assigned to, but only an Enterprise Admin can create new ones. For the role hierarchy, see Roles and permissions in Scriptation Enterprise.

Click Productions in the side menu.

Click + Add.

Give the new production a name and assign a Support Email, then click Create.

✅ TIP: The Support Email is shown to users in Scriptation when they need additional help — for example, when they try to use a feature an admin has turned off, or when they're trying to log out of Enterprise without a Production Code. Use a monitored address (e.g. your production's general inbox).
