How do I manage Production Admins on Scriptation Enterprise?
📝 NOTE: This article applies to Scriptation Enterprise — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and Industry Pro consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.
As an Enterprise Admin, you can manage existing Production Admin accounts in four ways: edit their profile, reset their password or MFA, disable their account, or re-enable a disabled one. All four flows start from the same place.
Opening the actions menu
- Sign in to the Enterprise Admin Portal.
- Click Admins in the side menu.

- In the row of the Production Admin you want to manage, click the three dots (⋯) under the Actions column.

What each action does
- Edit — Modify the Production Admin's profile, including their first name, last name, email, and the production(s) they're assigned to.
- Reset Password — Generate a new temporary password for the admin. You'll see the temporary password on screen; make a note of it and share it with the admin (it isn't auto-emailed for password resets, only for new admins).
- Disable — Block the admin from signing in to the Admin Portal. Their account stays in your Enterprise but they can't access it. Useful when an admin leaves the production temporarily or while you wait to confirm whether they're returning..
- Enable — Re-enable a previously disabled admin's account so they can sign in again.
- Delete — Remove the admin entirely from the system.
- Reset - MFA — Reset the admin's MFA connection so the next time they attempt to log in, they'll be prompted to set up a new authentication device.
