How do I activate my Enterprise Admin account?

📝 NOTE: This article applies to Scriptation Enterprise — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and Industry Pro consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.

When you're set up as an Enterprise Admin or Production Admin, you'll receive a welcome email to activate your account. As part of activation, you'll set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — required for every admin account in Scriptation Enterprise.

After MFA is set up, signing in to the portal is a two-step process: your password, plus a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Activating your account

  1. Check your email for your welcome message from Scriptation. Click Activate to start.

  1. The Activate link opens your default web browser and walks you into the account creation flow.

  1. Your email is pre-filled. Enter and confirm the password you want to use, then click Sign in.

Setting up MFA

  1. Open an authenticator app on your phone — Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator are both supported. Scan the QR code on screen to link your Scriptation account to the app.

✅ TIP: You only need to scan the QR code once. From here on, you'll just enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app whenever you sign in.

  1. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Enable MFA.

  1. Wait for the redirect countdown, or click Redirecting to Enterprise Portal to jump in immediately.

You're now signed in to the Enterprise Admin Portal.
