How do I change or reset my Scriptation Enterprise password?

📝 NOTE: This article applies to Scriptation Enterprise — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and Industry Pro consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.


Two flows for managing your Scriptation Admin Portal password — pick the one that matches your situation.


Resetting a forgotten password


If you don't remember your current password, use the Forgot Password flow from the sign-in screen.


  1. Navigate to the Enterprise Admin Portal.


  1. Enter your Email and click Forgot Password?



  1. Confirm your email and click Reset Password?



  1. Check your email for a One-Time Link to reset your password. Click Reset Password.



  1. You'll be returned to the portal to set a new password. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Sign in.



Your password is now reset.


📝 NOTE: After resetting, you'll still need your existing MFA code to complete sign-in. If you've lost access to your authenticator app as well, contact your Enterprise Admin (or, if you're the Enterprise Admin, contact Scriptation support through the chat widget on this help center).


Changing a known password


If you're signed in and want to change your current password to a new one, use the Settings flow.


  1. Sign in to the Enterprise Admin Portal.


  1. Click your User Icon in the upper-right corner of the portal.



  1. Click Settings.



  1. Enter your Current Password, then enter and confirm your New Password.



  1. Click Change Password.



Your new password is now active.
