I can't Import Screenshots or Images using the Photo Annotation Tool. Help!
Are you not able to import screenshots on your device?
Due to a recent iOS update, some users are experiencing issues when importing screenshots taken on your device. This issue is only affecting some devices, but includes iPad Pro devices.
We are looking into a solution, but below are two workarounds that will allow you to import your screenshots:
use Markup to edit the screenshot before saving it to the Photo Roll.
edit the screenshot after it has saved to your Photo Roll.
