My AI Voices minutes didn't refresh after upgrading — how do I fix it?

If you just upgraded your AI Voices tier and Scriptation still says you're out of minutes, fully quit and reopen the app. This refreshes your usage counter to your new tier and restores playback right away.

Step 1: Fully quit and reopen Scriptation

iPad or iPhone: swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the Home button) to open the App Switcher, then swipe Scriptation off the top of the screen to fully close it. Tap the Scriptation icon to reopen.
Mac: right-click Scriptation in the Dock and choose Quit (or press ⌘ Q while Scriptation is active). Reopen Scriptation from your Applications folder or Dock.

📝 NOTE: Simply closing the window on Mac, or backgrounding the app on iPad/iPhone, isn't enough — Scriptation has to fully quit for the counter to refresh.

Open your script and check the Voices panel. Your new tier's minutes should now be showing.

Step 2: Still blocked? Contact support

If your minutes still aren't refreshing after restarting the app, use the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page. We can verify your upgrade with Apple and restore your minutes manually — usually within one business day.

Please include:

The tier you upgraded to;
Roughly when you upgraded;
Your User ID so we can locate your subscription.
