Instant crash on Mac? Here's how to reset the app.

If you are experiencing an immediate crash when opening Scriptation for Mac, there is likely an issue with one of the files in the Recent Files list. Here's how to resolve.

Open a Finder window.

Press cmd + shift + g, or go to the Top Menu, and click Go > Go to folder.

In the dialogue box, copy/paste the following: ~/Library/Containers/com.scriptation.Scriptation-Studio (with the ~/ symbols in the beginning included), and press enter.

Delete the folder called "Data".

Once having done that, Scriptation should open, and the Recent Files list will be cleared!

NOTE: None of Recent Files will have been deleted. The files can be re-opened in Scriptation by tapping Select File, and accessed from their storage location.
