To cancel Industry Pro, open the App Store, go to Subscriptions, choose Scriptation Industry Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Individual Industry Pro and AI Voices subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, so that's where you cancel them. You can also cancel through Apple or request a refund — refunds are reviewed and granted by Apple under its terms and conditions.

When you cancel, your Industry Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the app drops to the free version.

iPad / iPhone

1. Open the App Store app;
2. Tap your Profile Photo in the upper right-hand corner;
3. Tap Subscriptions;

4. Under Active Subscriptions, tap the subscription you want to cancel — Scriptation Industry Pro or Scriptation AI;

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Mac

1. Open the App Store app;
2. On the bottom left, click Your Name;
3. On the top of the screen, click View Information;

4. Scroll down to Manage, and where it says Subscriptions, click Manage;

5. Under Active Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel — Scriptation Industry Pro or Scriptation AI — and click Edit;

6. Click Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling a Team plan

Team plans aren't billed through the App Store. Team Admins cancel in the Team Admin Portal under Subscriptions → Cancel — see How do I cancel or downgrade my Team package?

If you don't see Scriptation in your subscriptions list, make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID that started the subscription — see How do I check which Apple ID is logged into my device?. If you still can't find it, use the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page and include your User ID.
