Becoming an On Campus partner is more than free software. Additional benefits include personalized training, professional webinars, exclusive discounts, and more.

There's no cost for a school to join the On Campus program — a professor or administrator simply fills out the interest form to start the conversation with our team. Once onboarded, all we need to activate access for students and faculty is a spreadsheet listing each student's first name, last name, school email address, and projected graduation year (faculty don't need a graduation year). We'll then send an activation link to each person's school email so they can access Industry Pro for free for as long as they're at the school.

Once your school's spreadsheet has been submitted, activation links are sent out by email — keep an eye on your school inbox for an activation email from Scriptation. If your school is still deciding whether to onboard the whole student body at once or roll out access gradually, it may take some time before licenses go out, but you'll be notified by email as soon as yours is ready.

Note that the On Campus program is generally intended for colleges and universities. For K-12 schools, we recommend using the individual student/faculty education discount below instead.

Applying without a .edu or .k12 email

If your school, college, or university email doesn't end in .edu or .k12, you can still get the discount:

1. Reach out to support from your school-provided email address, letting us know your institution's name.
2. We'll verify that it's a legitimate school domain and either add it to our approved list (so it works directly at scriptation.com/education going forward) or generate a unique one-time promo code for you.
3. If you receive a promo code, redeem it by clicking the provided redemption link on your Apple device.

Note this discount only applies to new or expired subscriptions — if you're currently on a free trial or already have an active Industry Pro subscription, redemption will show a "not eligible" error until that trial or subscription ends (make sure auto-renew is off if you're on a paid plan), then try again the next day. Also, the code isn't tied to a specific account — once you have it, you can redeem it while signed into any Apple ID, including one you're already using; there's no need to create a new account.

This discount is available to high school teachers and secondary school groups as well, even though the free On Campus program is limited to accredited colleges and universities.
