How do I deactivate or reactivate devices on Scriptation Enterprise?
Enterprise Admins and Production Admins can instantly deactivate or reactivate any device's access to Scriptation Enterprise from the Admin Portal — handy when a device is lost or stolen, a crew member leaves, or a production wraps and you're cleaning up.
A deactivated device loses access to every document on the Enterprise immediately. The user can't open files, sync layers, or use Live Layers. Reactivating restores access just as quickly.
Deactivating a device
- Sign in to the Enterprise Admin Portal.
- Click Productions in the side menu.

- Click the production name containing the device.

- In the row of the device, toggle OFF the switch under the Active column.

- Confirm you want to deactivate the device.

- Click OK.
The device is now deactivated and won't have access to any documents in Scriptation Enterprise.
Reactivating a device
Follow steps 1–3 above, then:
- In the row of the device, toggle ON the switch under the Active column.

- Confirm you want to activate the device.

- Click OK.
The device is now reactivated.
