How do I share or email my marked-up script?

To share or email your marked-up script as a PDF, tap or click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top-right, choose Quick Export, set the Page Range and Annotations options, then tap Share.

Share or email your script as a PDF


  1. Tap or click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top-right of the Top Toolbar;
  2. Under Share Document, tap or click Quick Export (the subtitle reads PDF, all layers);



  1. Tap or click Page Range to choose which pages to share, then tap or click Back:



  1. Tap or click Annotations to choose how annotations are shared, then tap or click Back:



  1. Tap or click Share:



  1. Choose how to send the file from the share dialog — email, message, AirDrop, print, or save.



✅ TIP: The default Embed Annotations setting gives recipients the most flexibility. To share only certain layers, see How do I export / share my script with just one layer?.


Sharing multiple files


To share several files at once, keep them in cloud storage and give your collaborators access to the folder.
