How to Share Notes or Email a File

NOTE: This video shows an older user interface and some of the exact steps may have changed.


  1. Touch or click the Share icon on the Top Toolbar to open a menu of sharing options:


  1. Touch or click Page Range to set what pages are to be shared:


  1. When you're done, touch or click Back;


  1. Touch or click Annotations to set how the Annotations are shared:


  1. When you're done, touch or click Back;


TIP: For maximum flexibility with your file, we recommend sharing with the default setting of "Embed Annotations." However, if you're looking to export your file with only specific layers visible, we recommend following the instructions here.


  1. After you've set the export job, touch or click Share:


  1. A standard iOS / Mac Share dialogue will be displayed with options to share, print or save the file.


Sharing multiple files at a time


The best way to share multiple files is by syncing to cloud storage.


By saving files to cloud storage, your collaborators can access the files of yours that they need.
