Scriptation itself will never email you asking to "verify your device," "verify your email," or click a link to secure your account — messages like this are phishing attempts and should not be clicked. If you receive one, you can safely ignore or delete it.

If you get a notification claiming someone logged into your account from an unfamiliar location:

• Individual (Industry Pro and AI Voices) users: Industry Pro is tied to your Apple ID, and the optional Scriptation account uses Sign in with Apple — there's no Scriptation password for anyone to steal. Scriptation doesn't send login alerts, so any such message isn't from us. If you're concerned about unauthorized access to your Apple ID, see Apple Account Support.
• Team Admins and Enterprise Admins: The Team Admin Portal and the Enterprise Admin Portal use a dedicated login. If you see a suspicious login alert for one of these portals, let us know so we can check whether it's a genuine security concern.
• Team or Enterprise users (non-admin): You activate Scriptation in the app with a License Key (Team) or an invite link (Enterprise) — there's no login for Scriptation to send alerts about.
