Scriptation itself will never email you asking to "verify your device," "verify your email," or click a link to secure your account — messages like this are phishing attempts and should not be clicked. If you receive one, you can safely ignore or delete it.

If you get a notification claiming someone logged into your account from an unfamiliar location:

• Individual (Industry Pro) accounts: There is no separate Scriptation login — your account is managed entirely through your Apple ID, and Scriptation never sends login notifications. Any such message is not from Scriptation. If you're concerned about unauthorized access, contact Apple directly for help: Apple Account Support. • Team Admins and Enterprise Admins: The Team Admin portal and the Enterprise Admin console use a dedicated login. If you're an admin and see a suspicious login alert for one of these consoles, use the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page so we can look into whether it's a genuine security concern.
• Team or Enterprise seat holders (non-admin): You sign in to Scriptation through the app itself, not a separate portal — you shouldn't receive login-notification emails from Scriptation. If you did, forward it to us via the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page.
