How do I copy and paste pages?

📝 NOTE: This video shows a slightly older user interface, but the instructions are still accurate.


With Copy and Paste Pages, you can duplicate any pages within a single file or across multiple tabs.


📝 NOTE: Added pages is an Industry Pro feature.


  1. Tap the Page Manager icon (the four-square grid) on the Top Toolbar:



  1. Touch or click Edit:



  1. Touch or click Select:



  1. Touch or click each page you want to copy — selected pages get a black checkmark — then tap Copy:



  1. Tap the Paste icon to choose where the pages land — Paste at the beginning of the document, Paste After Page, or Paste as Facing Pages. To fine-tune placement, touch / click + drag any page to move it.



  1. When you're done, touch or click Save:
