How do I cancel or unsubscribe from Industry Pro?

All individual Scriptation Industry Pro and AI subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Because Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds, Scriptation is not able to manage your subscription or process refunds directly — you'll need to cancel it yourself using the steps below, or contact Apple directly to cancel your subscription or request a refund. All cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

📝 NOTE: When you cancel, your Industry Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the app drops to the free version.

iPad / iPhone

Open the App Store app;
Tap your Profile Photo in the upper right-hand corner;
Tap Subscriptions;

Under Active Subscriptions, tap Scriptation;

To cancel, tap Cancel Subscription.

Mac

Open the App Store app;
On the bottom left, click Your Name;
On the top of the screen, click View Information;

Scroll down to Manage, and where it says Subscriptions, click Manage;

Under Active Subscriptions, find Scriptation and click Edit;

Click Cancel Subscription.

📝 NOTE: If you signed up for a Team plan by mistake, that subscription is managed through the Scriptation web dashboard rather than the App Store. If you're looking to cancel a Team plan or believe you signed up for the wrong plan, reach out to Support directly for help — Team subscriptions can't be cancelled from your device's Settings.

If you requested a refund through Apple and it didn't seem to go through, you can also try contacting Apple Support directly at support.apple.com/contact — speaking with someone via chat or phone tends to be more effective than the self-service reportaproblem.apple.com page, especially for recent charges.
