To redeem a promo code or Apple Gift Card, open the App Store, go to your account, and choose Redeem Gift Card or Code. Steps for each device are below.

On iPad or iPhone

1. Open the App Store;
2. Tap your photo at the top of the screen (or Sign In if you're signed out);
3. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code;

4. Tap Enter Code Manually;

5. Enter your code and tap Redeem.

On Mac

1. Open the App Store;
2. Click your name (or Sign In) in the bottom-left sidebar;
3. Click Redeem Gift Card at the top right;

4. Click Enter Code Manually, type your code, and click Redeem.

If your code won't redeem

• "Not eligible": most discount codes are for first-time subscribers. If your Apple ID has had Industry Pro or a free trial before — or has already redeemed a similar offer, including a different union or guild code — Apple won't accept it;
• "Cannot redeem code": the code has expired or has already been used;
• You already subscribe: codes can't be added to an existing subscription. Hold on to your code and contact us before your subscription renews;
• You lost your code, or it never arrived: check your spam folder first.
