I purchased Industry Pro. How do I activate it on all of my devices?
As long as your devices are signed in with the same Apple ID, all of them should have Industry Pro features unlocked automatically. If a device doesn't pick up your subscription on its own, you can fix it with Restore Purchases.
Restoring Purchases
In Scriptation 6.0 and later
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top-right of the screen and select Settings;
- Go to the Account tab;
- Under Subscription Actions, tap Restore purchases.

In Scriptation 5.1.16 and earlier
- Open the File Browser (☰) at the upper left;
- Tap Upgrade;
- Scroll to the bottom of the subscription window and tap Restore Purchases.

Restore Purchases links your Industry Pro access across every device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Family Sharing
If you have Scriptation Industry Pro and don't want to change the Apple ID on your other devices, you can use one license within an Apple Family Share. See Does Scriptation work with Apple Family Sharing? for the walkthrough.
Still having trouble?
A few things to check if Restore Purchases doesn't fix the issue:
- Confirm every device is signed in with the same Apple ID. See How do I check which Apple ID is logged into my device? for how to verify;
- Power both devices off and back on — the device giving the error and the device where you originally bought Scriptation — then try Restore Purchases again;
- Verify your subscription is active on the device that purchased it. See How do I check my subscription status?.
