How do I make sure my Industry Pro subscription is active across all of my devices?

As long as your devices are connected with the same Apple ID, all devices should have the Industry Pro features unlocked. But every so often, this doesn't happen automatically.

To activate Industry Pro, scroll to the bottom of the subscription window and click Restore Purchases. This will link your Industry Pro access across your devices.



Having trouble?

First verify that all of your devices are connected to the same Apple ID. This can be done within Apple Settings. The email address listed is the device's Apple ID, and the other devices that share that Apple ID are shown as well.

If your devices are all linked, power off / on the device giving the error message, as well as the device which originated the Scriptation subscription. Then try Restore Purchases again.
