How do I upgrade my Team package to more licenses?

To add more activations, sign in to the Team Admin Portal, click View upgrades on the Licenses page, and choose a bigger plan.

📝 NOTE: Team activations are counted by individual device. If one person uses an iPad and a Mac, that's 2 activations.

✅ TIP: Don't remember your Username or Password? Search your email for a message from Scriptation with the subject line "Your username and password."

On the Licenses page, click View upgrades;

Click Upgrade license next to the package you want to move up to;

On the checkout page, enter your details and pay by credit card or PayPal.

✅ TIP: Have a discount code? Click Click to enter it at the top of the checkout page.

Your License Key stays the same, so team members don't need to reactivate.

I still have my individual (Industry Pro) subscription — is it safe to cancel now that I've joined a Team plan?

Yes. Once your Team plan is active, Scriptation automatically switches over to it when your individual Industry Pro subscription expires. Just cancel your individual subscription so it doesn't renew.
