What is Team Admin and how can I access it?

I'm a Team Studio user who needs to Share Files. How can I use Team Admin mode?

With Team Studio licenses on iOS and iPadOS, the Share icon is removed from the Top Toolbar. Additionally, Cloud Sync with Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive and iCloud are disabled unless the purchaser selected to use these cloud providers at the time of purchase. These changes to Scriptation ensure that files are stored and transmitted securely using AES256 encryption.

As an individual user, to share your annotations with other team members on your same production, you can do that with Shareable Layers.

However, if you still require access to the Share icon, you can login using Team Admin. While in Team Admin mode, documents are still stored with encryption, but sharing is re-enabled, and users can share layers unencrypted with team members outside of their production.

NOTE: Only Team Administrators (original purchasers, or those authorized by them) can request a Team Admin code or additional cloud connections from Scriptation Support.

Using Team Admin

While activated with a Team Studio license, tap the File Browser.

At the bottom of the window, tap Settings.

Then under the Industry Pro heading, tap Team Admin.

Enter your Admin license key, and tap OK.

NOTE: Only Team Administrators (original purchasers, or those authorized by them) can request a Team Admin code from Scriptation Support.

Scriptation will then validate your Admin license key. You're all set!
