What is Team Admin and how can I access it?
On Team Studio licenses, the Share icon is removed from the Top Toolbar, and Cloud Sync with Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud is disabled unless the purchaser selected those cloud providers at the time of purchase. These restrictions ensure files are stored and transmitted securely using AES256 encryption.
As an individual user, you can still share annotations with team members on your same production using Shareable Layers.
If you need full Share access — to send a script outside your production, for example — you can log in using Team Admin. While in Team Admin mode, documents are still stored with encryption, but sharing is re-enabled and users can share layers unencrypted with team members outside of their production.
