How do I cancel or downgrade my Team package?

To cancel or downgrade a Team package, sign in to the Team Admin Portal, open Subscriptions, and click Cancel next to your Team subscription. Your licenses stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.

📝 NOTE: To downgrade, cancel your current package and purchase a smaller one. Each package has a set number of activations on one License Key, so Scriptation can't tell which devices to drop in a downgrade.

Sign in to the Team Admin Portal;
Click Subscriptions in the left menu;
In the Actions column, click Cancel next to the subscription you want to end.
