As the purchaser, you'll receive two automated emails:

1. Purchase Receipt — your order details, including your License Type and License Key.

2. Username and Password — your login for the Team Admin Portal.

Manage your account in the Team Admin Portal

Sign in to the Team Admin Portal with the Username and Password from your second email. The My Account page has five tabs:

• Licenses — your plan, status, expiration date, how many devices are activated, and your License Key. From here you can also View upgrades, View receipt, and View devices.
• Devices — every activated device, listed by Device ID, with a Deactivate button for each.
• Subscriptions — your subscription's status and renewal date, plus View transactions for monthly payments and Cancel.
• Purchase history — every subscription purchased on this account, with its receipt, invoice, and license keys.
• Account details — your name, email address, billing address, and password.
