My pages won't turn correctly — how do I fix the Page transition?

If pages don't turn the way you expect — they won't animate with Curl, won't scroll continuously, or just feel stuck — you can switch between three transition styles in Scriptation's Settings menu.

Change the Page transition

Open Settings and tap the General tab.
Under View Settings, find Page transition.
Choose one of:

Jump (default) — pages snap one at a time when you swipe.
Continuous — pages scroll smoothly end-to-end like a long roll. Best for fast scrubbing.
Curl — pages animate like turning a real page. Best for performance, table reads, and Playback mode.

After you pick a new transition, swipe between pages in your script to confirm the new behavior is active.

⚠️ HEADS UP: Curl and Extended Zoom Out don't play well together. Using both at the same time can cause page-turning to feel stuck or behave unexpectedly. If you're having trouble navigating through your script with either one on, try turning both off — pick Jump or Continuous under Page transition, and turn off Extended Zoom Out under View Settings. We're aware of the interaction and we'll update this article when there's a fix.

Make sure Scriptation and your device OS are both up to date — see Current Version and System Requirements.
Restart your device.
