My team can't log in to Scriptation — how do I check if our license is still active?
If several team members suddenly can't log in to Scriptation at the same time, it's usually a temporary issue with your Team subscription renewal — not a problem on individual devices. Your Team administrator can check the license status in the Team Admin Portal.
First step: check your license in the Team Admin Portal
- Sign in to the Team Admin Portal;
- On the Licenses page, check that your license shows Active and hasn't passed its Expires date;
- Click Subscriptions and check the subscription's Status and Renewal date.

If your renewal is due, it can take a few days to process automatically. Once it does, try logging in again on the affected devices.
Still can't log in?
Use the Send us an email button at the bottom of this page and include your License Key (click Copy key on the Licenses page). Support can confirm whether your subscription and license are active.
Only one person can't log in?
If everyone else can log in fine and it's just one person, that's a device-specific activation issue — not a license problem. See How do I activate a Team license? for how to reactivate that individual device.
On Scriptation Enterprise?
Enterprise activation works differently — it's tied to one-time invite links rather than a Team license key. If your team is on Enterprise and can't log in, see How do I redeem a Scriptation Enterprise invitation? — check whether an invite has expired or a code is being requested.
