Remote Device Deactivation

Enterprise Admins and Production Admins may instantly and remotely deactivate a device's access to Scriptation Enterprise.

Deactivating a Device

1. Navigate to the Enterprise Portal in your web browser and sign in.

2. Click "Productions" in the side menu.



3. Click on the Production name with the Device for which you wish to edit permissions.



4. In the row of the Device you wish to modify the Permissions for, toggle OFF the switch under the Active column.



5. Confirm you wish to deactivate the device.



6. Click "OK".



This device is now deactivated and will not have access to any documents within Scriptation Enterprise.

Reactivating a Device

To reactivate a device, follow the same steps as above for 1-3.

4. In the row of the Device you wish to modify the Permissions for, toggle ON the switch under the Active column.



5. Confirm you wish to activate the device.



6. Click "OK".



This device is now reactivated.
