Adding custom PDF Facing Pages (i.e. Floor Plan)

Adding pre-made facing pages into your script (PDF)

Using Facing Pages for floor plans, diagrams, or ground plans offers an easy way to make notes in a visual way.

This article discusses the import of a PDF document as a facing page. If you have a diagram or template in another format, like a photo, image, or screencap, click here.

NOTE: Page Maker is an Industry Pro feature.

With your script file open, tap the Page Maker.

Tap Edit.

Tap Add.

Tap Select Source Document.

Within the Select Source Document window, navigate to your file and tap it.

NOTE: This window provides access to cloud folders and files which have already been imported. Have your source document in an email, or another location? Import it, like this.

TIP for Mac users: The Select Source document window will be the macOS File Finder window. To learn more about Mac file storage, click here.

With your file selected, you can adjust the number of copies, and then select an option for adding your page(s).

Add: Inserts the selected page(s) before Page 1.
Add after Page: Inserts the select page(s) after a specific page. After selecting this option, tap the chosen page.
Add as Facing Pages: Inserts the select page(s) before every native script page.

Your pages will now be inserted as selected. Tap Save to confirm the new pages.

TIP: Made a mistake? Tap Undo in the top toolbar.
