How do I migrate files from Team Studio to Scriptation Enterprise?

If your production is on a grandfathered Team Studio plan and is upgrading to Scriptation Enterprise, you'll need to migrate each device so its local files come with it into the new Enterprise environment. Here's how.

📝 NOTE: This article is only relevant for productions migrating from Team Studio. If you're starting fresh on Scriptation Enterprise, see How do I redeem a Scriptation Enterprise invitation? instead.

  1. Check your email for an invitation from your Enterprise Admin to join your new production in Scriptation Enterprise. Tap Activate on the device you want to connect.

  1. A window opens in your default browser asking you to open in Scriptation. Tap Open.

  1. Back in Scriptation, you'll be prompted to migrate to Enterprise. Tap Yes.

  1. You'll be asked to restart Scriptation. Tap Close App.

  1. Re-open Scriptation. You're now in Enterprise mode. Tap Start now.

  1. All of your local files have come with you to the new environment. You're set.

⚠️ HEADS UP: Your Production Admin may have restricted certain features for your production — sharing, exporting, certain cloud connections, and so on. Ask your Production Admin if you need access.
