Tour of the Enterprise Admin Portal
📝 NOTE: This article applies to Scriptation Enterprise — the subscription tier for studios managing devices, permissions, and onboarding at scale. The free and Industry Pro consumer tiers don't include a web-based Admin Portal.
The Scriptation Admin Portal is where you manage productions, admins, devices, and permissions for your Enterprise. Here's a quick tour of what each part does, so the rest of the documentation makes sense.
The side menu
The left-hand side menu is your main navigation:
- Admins — All Enterprise and Production Admins assigned to productions in your Enterprise. Click into an admin to edit their profile, reset their password and MFA, or disable their account. (Enterprise Admins only.)
- Productions — Every production in your Enterprise. Click into a production to see its devices, invite users, set production-level permissions, generate one-time links (OTLs), or deactivate devices. (Both Enterprise Admins and Production Admins see this tab.)
- API — Generate API tokens. (Enterprise Admins only.)
- API Docs — Documentation for Scriptation Enterprise's API connections. (Enterprise Admins only.)
The user menu (upper right)
Click your User Icon in the upper-right corner to open the user menu:
- Settings — Change your portal password.
- Sign Out — Sign out of the portal.
