Insert an Image from Another App

Have your location or research photos saved in another app like Dropbox? With Copy and Paste, you can insert them straight into your script.

📝 NOTE: Not all outside apps support Copy/Paste this way, and each may have a slightly different pop-up menu.

Start in the other app and tap and hold the image you want. When the pop-up menu appears, tap Copy.

Then switch to Scriptation and tap and hold the spot in your script where you'd like the image. When the pop-up menu appears, tap Paste.

With the image placed, you can Scale it with the bounding box, Move it by tapping and holding, or attach a Note. You can also Copy and Paste it, change its layer with Layers, or Delete it with the trash icon.

✅ TIP: For Industry Pro users, tapping Save turns your image into a Saved Annotation for ongoing use.
