After a Note Transfer, you may have some transparent yellow stickies on your script...

While they may look similar to Sticky Notes or Attached Notes, these are actually not notes you create.

These are Changed Annotation alerts, small notifications to let you know that script text that had annotations in the old draft, has been adjusted in the new draft.

Tap the annotated text (next to the changed annotation alert) to see what has changed between the script drafts. When you are done, tap the blue notification box to make the box disappear.
