Can I share my tags with someone in my department?

Tagging lets you create reports from your tagged annotations, but you can also share your tagged annotations directly with your team to collaborate on breaking down the same script.

📝 NOTE: Tagging is an Industry Pro feature, and all collaborators will need Industry Pro, Team, Team Studio, or Enterprise to add or modify Tags.

Three Ways to Collaborate with Tagging

Use the Share option to send the entire script with all layers;

Use Layer Export to share a single layer that contains your tags;

If you and your team have Team, Team Studio, or Enterprise, use Live Layers to collaborate on tagging in real time.

✅ TIP: You and your team can share category colors and custom categories by sharing your Tagging Customizations.

📝 NOTE: If your teammates have custom colors set for their categories and you haven't shared Tagging Customizations, a prompt asking to sync category colors will appear when you open the script. Use the sync function to update the document's colors to your device's color scheme. You can also access this option from the warning icon that appears in your Tagging customization view when colors are out of sync.

Depending on your specific needs, one of these options will be the right way to collaborate on Tagging with your team.
