Does Scriptation offer phone support?

Scriptation currently provides customer support through email only — phone support isn't part of our support model.


Email gives our team the time and space to research your specific situation, send screenshots, link to documentation, and bring in the right teammate when needed. We've found this works well for the kinds of detailed, technical questions filmmakers tend to have.


How to get the fastest, most useful response


When you reach out, sharing a few details up front helps us land on the right answer quickly:


  1. The device and OS version you're using;
  2. The Scriptation version you're on (see Current version and system requirements);
  3. A short description of what you're trying to do or what's going wrong;
  4. A screenshot or short screen recording if a visual would help.


The more context you give us, the faster we can get you to a real answer.


Response times


We aim to respond within 24 hours during our office hours — Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time. Outside those hours, we'll get back to you on the next business day.
