How do I add facing pages into my script?

With Facing Pages, you can insert various page types — blanks, images, fillable reports, and more — before one, some, or all of your script pages. It's the easiest way to keep notes, storyboards, or overheads alongside the script.

📝 NOTE: Facing Pages is an Industry Pro feature.

Adding Facing Pages

  1. Tap the Page Manager icon (the four-square grid) on the Top Toolbar:

  1. Touch or click Edit:

  1. Touch or click Add:

  1. In the Add Page window, choose the type of Facing Page to insert — you can Select Source Document to use a file from your storage or the Library, pick a blank page, an image, or choose from a variety of templates. After making your selections, tap Add as Facing Pages:

  1. The selected page type (here, blank pages) is now inserted before every script page.

✅ TIP: Want to view your script in Double Page mode? See How can I enable Two Page view?

📝 NOTE: First pages are considered Title Pages. To add a Facing Page before page 1, touch or click Select, select your facing page, then Copy → Paste → Add.

  1. Tap Save to confirm the new pages:

✅ TIP: To display Facing Pages to the right of your script page, see How to have Facing Pages on the right of the script.
